O’Shanter Development Company is a family-owned Residential Property Management and Real Estate Investment business. Adam and Jonathan Krehm now manage the company their father, William, founded in Toronto in 1963. Over the firm’s nearly 60 year history, it has had direct involvement in most aspects of residential real estate development.
The firm’s experience includes the development and ongoing ownership of carriage trade rental housing in Rosedale, repurposing of an historic industrial building for Live Work condominiums and the rental apartment conversion to condominium tenure in Western Canada.
O’Shanter is the first and only Property Management Company in Canada to achieve ISO 9001 Quality Management and ISO 14001 Environmental Management: certification they have held for nearly two decades. The firm’s award-winning environmental efforts have included reduced water, electrical, and gas consumption, and recycling programs.
